Optimal welding of thin sheet metal with good weld appearance. Inoxline He90 C2 is a precise mixture of Helium, Argon and CO₂ for the welding in any position of stainless steels in thin sheet metal, for a beautifully coloured aspect, to facilitate welding in short-circuit mode, especially in a vertical down position. Moreover, for pipe welding as a root pass, helium acts as a protector at the joint root on preparation, which can eliminate the addition of argon inside the pipe, (not for food applications). However, this gas is not recommended for spray arc or pulsed spray transfer mode applications, as the arc tends to be erratic at high settings.
